Tasting Notes
A wine with a brilliant ruby ​​red color which fades with ageing; delicate fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberry and violet which becomes ethereal with age. Dry, harmonious, full-bodied flavour, which becomes soft, velvety and persistent with ageing.
Vinification and Refinement
The processing is carried out in stainless steel tanks followed by aging in oak barrels and bottling with consequent refinement in horizontal bottles.
