When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with notes of elderflower, white fruit, resin and lime.
To the taste it is smooth and juicy but well structured, with a savory and deep finish.
Vinification and Refinement
Soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts.
Refinement of 12 months in concrete vats and at least 12 months in the bottle.
Vineyard
1.5 hectares, planted in 1972 on clayey and calcareous soils.
